Qualified Florida Certified General Contractors may evaluate project-specific development and partnership opportunities alongside preconstruction and construction execution on Land to Deal projects.
TWO DISTINCT ROLES
CGC development partner vs. construction contractor.
A CGC may participate economically in a project structure while construction contracting is performed separately by the appropriately licensed and qualified contracting entity.
CGC DEVELOPMENT PARTNER
A qualified CGC or CGC-associated entity evaluating project-specific development or partnership opportunities with Three Points Precision LLC, including potential participation in a project LLC or development structure.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR
The appropriately licensed and qualified contracting entity responsible for construction contracting based on the specific project's structure and scope. Each firm contracts under its own qualification and licensure.
PIPELINE VISIBILITY
Permissioned views for verified GCs.
Approved GC partners see appropriately permissioned pipeline information. Counts and values populate only from actual project records.
PIPELINE VISIBILITY IS PERMISSIONED
Project counts, acreage and preliminary construction values are released to CGC development partners according to project stage, participant role and access level. Land to Deal does not publish figures for projects that do not exist.
